Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (Azure, React)
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Role Overview
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for independently planning, processing, and performing development tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires extensive knowledge of programming languages, with a strong focus on Azure Pipelines, REACT, REDUX, REDIS, Axios, Node.js, Microsoft C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, WIN-Forms, MS SQL Server, and Enterprise Data Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, process, and perform all development tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Design solutions and plan technical projects.
  • Conduct analysis and design activities for software development.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform testing and implementation of software solutions.
  • Recommend software reusability guidelines.
  • Plan and conduct formal mentorship activities for peers and junior staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation.
  • Perform system testing and create comprehensive test documentation.
  • Create technical documentation including application functionality, test methods, and various flow diagrams (Business/Functional).
  • Develop reports (e.g., in HTML) as directed by the Application Manager.
  • Conduct unit testing.
  • Work across multiple project areas as needed.
