Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to create and maintain Salesforce solutions. This role involves extensive development with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce, as well as managing Salesforce configurations and ensuring scalable solutions with an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce applications.
- Perform application development, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions focused on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized Salesforce platform features.
- Create Salesforce platform roadmaps and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Assist with requirements gathering, design, and development efforts.
- Create test cases and test scripts for unit testing.
- Provide production support for IT systems.
- Lead focused discussions on technical topics.
- Lead and mentor junior developers.
- Create and maintain technical system documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across IT teams and business areas.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Development using Lightning Components
- Apex Coding, Flow
- Experience with Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings
- DevOps/release management experience
